Avada Community

Avada lies in the heart of Southeast Las Vegas. The community is under the jurisdiction of Unincorporated Clark County, and as such Avada residents look to Clark County for development standards related to any construction on their property and for public services. Clark County Public Works maintains the streets within the community as well as the street lights and signs.

The community is served by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Enterprise Area Command, located at 6975 W. Windmill Lane. The Association endorses Metro’s Neighborhood Watch program in several areas of the community.
